Firstly, regardless of the size of the water droplet, there will always be a diameter that is much larger than the diameter of water or air molecules, otherwise water droplets cannot be formed.
Secondly, if the aperture between the warp and weft interweaving of the fabric is controlled between the minimum diameter of water droplets and the maximum diameter of water or air molecules. It can be imagined that in this way, water droplets cannot enter, and water and air molecules can be unobstructed.
